This is What We Do
Moving into a new space often leads to buying new office furniture as moving the old furniture does not make sense. In this case, a previous tenant moved out and simply left all of their furniture behind. We were asked to manage the broom clean sweep of two floors in a 38,000 sq ft building. With credits from furniture donations to non-profits coupled with metal recycling to off-set some of the labor and transportation costs, the total per square foot cost was $0.90/sq ft. Below are some 'Before and After' pictures showing how we can assist in managing the decommission and broom clean sweep of a large scale building.
